Palace of Fine Arts - 3 night shots

The Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. This was originally built for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition. I'm still trying to develop my skills at night photography. I hope you like these shots.

Agreed, #1 is the most intersting.

For shots like #2 I think it's important that you shoot it dead centre or crop as required afterwards otherwise the effect can be lost in the asymmetry.

I didn't do any special touch up of the sky. The shots had exposures of about 8-10 seconds to get the color for the sky.

For shots like #2 I think it's important that you shoot it dead centre or crop as required afterwards otherwise the effect can be lost in the asymmetry.

Thanks for the advice. I see the asymmetry in the bottom corners of #2.
