Panasonic G1 help

I have just bought a new Panasonic Lumix G1. I thought I was happy with it but I don't seem to be able to transfer photos to my computer. Can anyone help me? I have installed the software on my system, but when I click on the acquire button, nothing happens.

When you connect your camera to your computer, does the camera show up as an external drive? If so, you should be able to click on it and then just drag & drop the files over to your hard drive.

Many of us prefer to use card readers, they can usually be found for around $20.
