Hi,
I have a hybrid camcorder with both hard drive and micro-SD card. About a year ago I was going to film something when the hard drive made a clunking sound and the LED screen said something like 'Hard Drive Error' so I turned it off then on again but with same error message.
Now my question:
Can the hard drive be removed and replaced with an SSD device?
I have already tried using the menu item for changing from hard drive to microSD but with no success. While I attempt to select the menu item to switch to memory card the camera switches back to hard drive.
Aside from replacing the hard drive with a new one, which may or may not suffer the same fate, can an SSD successfully replace the original drive?
Thank you,
Mystxxy :=)
