I was down at the park the other day and thought this would make a good b/w.

The composition doesn't work. You say the bench is the focus point yet clearly the branches are. The tree then points to something outside the frame, taking even more away from the bench. For me there could also be a bit more contrast in the picture. Just my 2 cents though.

It's a nice shot. Good contrast. The tree is the shot here so I'd crop out a little of the right.

The title is not important. It's all about the image.

Actually Muusers I didnt say that the main focal point was the bench, "Park bench" was just the title to the photo. Maybe then I should have called it "Wind swept tree", but thanks for your 2 cents though as it always makes me think more about what I could have done differently. As for the comp it was the only way the shot could be taken, trust me I tried all the other angles.
