Interesting! So many flags!

There's a lot of negative space that doesn't really add to the photo, IMO, and it's fairly low in the frame. Maybe a portrait crop tightly around the flags?

But you lose the clouds and I thought the clouds looked dynamic or maybe I just liked them - not sure. Thanks for taking time & commenting.

Don't get me wrong, I love a good cloud photo, but I don't think the clouds add anything to this shot. Maybe if we could see more of the surrounding landscape/cityscape, it'd be okay to include some of the clouds. However, the subject is the group of flags, so they should get all the attention.

The camera has exposed for the average of sky and tree resulting in the trees and flags being under-exposed. It would have worked better if you had pointed the camera down slightly and then locked the exposure before re-composing.

Ok I re-processed the picture & cropped closer in an effort to get rid of the negative space like Waday suggested. I think now the flags "pop" much more than before - tell me what you think???
