1. i really like this, is that natural eye color or is it shopped because it is really cool lookin, but the reflection is kind of annoying

Thats the natural eye color although it is saturated and contrasted in Lightroom. Thanks!

The number and size of the windows, plus the stuff in front on them distract IMO on #1. Typically, a single light source is preferred. Still.... nice detail.
