I don't know enough to offer a critique. I like it a lot. The way the light hits her face and her pose with her hand against the window make it work for me. Very sweet.

Cheers, This is my daughter and she is usually pulling silly faces and/or screaming NO down the lens so I was very pleased to get this shot!

Overall, I like it. It's a nice candid shot. Focus and DOF are good. Vertical lines are, well, vertical.. My only though might be the window and that object right behind her are competing with your daughter for my eye's attention.

Cracking shot Sarah. Really good in my opinion, definatley wall worthy and I'd print it.

I think the other guys are being a bit too harsh, the circular thing in the background is clearly a washing machine and the bairn is in the kitchen, it's contextual and fits. I love the lighting and the girl and the doll draws my focus more than anything in this shot. Well done!

Great photo. One of the other posts mentioned good depth of field. My first impression was that it was too much depth. Her face is great but her arm just inches away is already softer. It could have been intensional to draw the viewers attention to her face but I thought having her whole body in focus would have been better. Just my opinion but either way I would print this one.
