Not really trying to be technically serious here ... just trying out the new camera. These were shot ISO 1600 with the 50mm 1.4, wide open at about 1/40 sec IIRC



Added a "Chocolate" toning to the second image.

Well thanks! I guess what drew me to that second one was the converging straight lines combining with the curves. And there was a light on the wall that threw a soft glowy light on the upper surface that was just too great to pass up ...
