I can't vouch for the mz-60 being the same as the zx-60, but they do look similiar. But as for the zx-60 and being worth buying. I'm sure its a good camera, but I really didn't like it the one time I had it in my hands. Mainly the metering display really confused me and it just didn't feel right. Also on that critique you may want to consider I was really used to my zx-30 and might have just been being stubborn

I think that "ZX" if for USA sales, and "MZ" is for international sales. If the number is the same, it's the same camera. The only difference would be in the warranty.

As far as ZX-60 vs N-55 I don't know the specifics of the cameras, but they are both fairly entry level AF 35mm SLRs. In build quality or image quality they are basically identical. You should look at the list of features for each model, and see if one has something you want that the other doesn't.
