While misfitlimp has hinted at a problem, you need a bit more of the high lights coming through to help define the silhouette. Right now they figure is lost except at the rim of the tub. I think this could be a cool shot with a little modification.

This is not a substitute for your exposure...just think that the warmth of water kept him to remain there for another 15 minutes
