Performance art show documentary in photos

This is my friend Kaletia's show. The lighting here is obviously not great. I just tried to work with whatever available light I had. Again Canon Powershot A620. The show featured ceramics all made by Kaletia. In the performance she plays the queen bee and the two other guys are her drones. She had asked me to do kind of a documentary in photos of the setup and show. More critiques and suggestions please.

I find myself thinking of Diane Arbus' work -- and world. It's uncomfortable - this world so far from the pretty pictures of calendar art. I'm not sure if any of your shots reached the intensity of her work, but you're in the same zip code.
 
ya had me speechless there for a good bit :mrgreen: don't think I've ever been paid such a compliment

but I also have to admit I was lucky to have such a talented friend to photograph... some subjects make it so easy
