Hello, I am new at taking pictures but am having a lot of fun with it. Here are a couple of my favorites, critiques? I am still learning a lot about my camera and camera terminology. Positive and negative feedback is welcomed!

I love the first one. I have a black dog and he's hard to get a good picture of. Yours however shows good detail and the exposure seems just about right. Well done. Also, pretty cool eyes on the second dog!

You did a very good job at exposing the first one. The second one I would have moved the focus point more to the front part of the dog. Keep in mind that each particular lens has a minimum focusing distance. So if your dog gets to close to the lens the camera will not be able to focus correctly.
