It's a good idea for a photo. However, as I mentioned in your other thread it's over exposed. It would be so much more powerful if we could see what he's looking at.

See if you can change the way your camera meters and change it to spot metering. That way you can meter off just a little bit in the center of your viewfinder. It'll stop all this overexposing.
