To me the focus doesn't look clear. Seems off a bit.

3 and 4 are the best. but 3 looks to have some color problems? a little blue maybe?

Since you shot in direct sunlight, you can try making these less harsh by adding a guasian blur and lessening the opacity. (minus the eyes)

It says your photos are OK to edit, so this is what I did to #4.. I hsould have fixed the levels too, but it was more just a quick idea of what you can bring that photo to with some pp work

oh and the more i look at it, the more i would have loved ot have seen this shot with bare feet!! the shoes are pretty distracting. Looks like it might have been cold that day though.. might be something to keep in mind for a future shoot though

I completely agree about the shoes, but you're right it was cold. I had a couple great ones where his feet were hidden by the tree and he was sitting up more, but he was picking his nose! Kids!
