Photo Submition Format

Hey, ive got some photos witch im going to submit to a local magazine, only ive heard that some do not accept 35mm Print Film, I want to make it as easy as possible for the editior, so shall i get them scaned? Or will they be quite happy with 35mm print film negatives?
