Photo to Canvas

Hello all - I am new here - thanks for the welcome.

I have a 2:3 ratio 35 mm photo that I wish to create a 24 x 36 canvas (horizontal landscape) from.

I have read that Canvas World is terrific - is that true? What place do you recommend getting the item from?

If I can stay around $100 or less, that'd be great.

There are numerous labs that can print a 24x36 canvas. Nations Photo Lab, Mpix, Black River Imaging. Select color correction when you order prints, unless you have 100% confidence that your system is properly calibrated and files properly color managed. That way the lab will do its best to get it right. Canvases this large are usually a bit more than $100 from a quality lab. Also, divide the image pixel dimensions by 150 for each side to make sure the result is at least 24 x 36 for photo resolution. That means you'll need a 3,600 by 5,400 image to get a 24x36 at full photo resolution. You can go down to 100 dpi and still get a decent print.

Welcome to the forum. I'm a big fan of easy canvas prints. I've used Fabness before which is pretty good also. No matter what avoid PRINTSMART.CO!!!!
