I was just wondering what material people sure for shooting their pictures on?
What is the best to get an all white or black background?
Also what do you do for lighting to reduce lens flare?

Correct lighting and exposure.

Also what do you do for lighting to reduce lens flare?

Use the right lens hood and be careful with the position of your light source.
