Photomatix Presets Problem

I'm trying to use photomatix presets. However, as you can see in the image, I can't access all of my user presets (no scrollbar). Does anyone know what's wrong?

It looks like your toolbar is covering it up from the screen print, but I can't really tell. You could try fixing that or you could go to "View" and then "Toggle Preset Thumbnails Orientation" to set it vertically instead.

Already tried, nothing shows up.
