Photomatix vs CS2

I have noticed that people seem to perfer using Photomatix over CS2 when processing their hdr photos. What are the advantages of using Photomatix over CS2? I have CS2 and I am wondering if it worth getting Photomatix as well.

you can dowload a free trial version of photomatix, give it a try. take the same files and then try it in cs2 and see what works for you.

I have done both, having cs2 then downloading photomatix..

I am very new to HDR and I personally think Photomatix is better, but until I buy the full version i'll still have that Photomatix print all over my pics. But it's worth it for the better result.

Think i'll have to buy it..

Just a newbie's opinion though..
