Photos of a new member from India

Hi All,

I am from India and took photography as my hobby since last one month. So you can call me as an infant noob. I am posting few of my images for your full critique.

#1 the light at the top of the picture is distracting. would have been better if you could have pointed the camera down a little bit to get that out of view.
#2 picture just doesn't do anything for me. no contrast and nothing very interesting about it. also your horizon isn't level

#3 I like this shot but it has some issues. that one vertical limb in the foreground is very distracting. outside of that, it could use some better processing. the colors/contrast don't pop and the white balance doesn't seem right. I think with some tweaking this could be pretty decent. its got good composition and I like it, just that one limb

Welcome to TPF - looks like you're off to a good start, and some good comments from Danin as well. Shooting lots and posting for critique is a great way to improve; it doesn't always feel so good to have people telling you all the things that are wrong with your images, but were all there once, and there really is NO better way to learn!

tiredi I have enlisted in this forum to get your view and only then I can hope to do better. For getting 'Nice shot, amazing picture or super like' FB is okay. But I wanted to test and groom myself in the real.
