Photoshop Elements Plugin for portraits

Does anyone know of a good plugin for Elements to use on portraits, preferably a free one.

If you are looking for basic touch-up (eyes, teeth, etc.) check out The CoffeeShop Blog There is one called "Powder Room" and maybe some others. I can't get there from where I'm at or I would give you direct links.

Look for the actions page and a list of actions, there are various ones and portait touch-up are (I think) mid page or 2/3 down on the page that lists all of them.
