Photoshop touch up - Please C&C

I am trying to build up my photoshop skills and would like your comment about these transformation (see before and after)

Here a couple transformations that I did:
-replaced eyebrow
-changed eye color and lighten
-added mascara
-added eyelashes
-added highlights and colorized lips
-whitened teeth
-sharpened globally
-blured skin and remove imperfections (much more evident in the hi-res image though)
-removed fat under chin


Look more at the head; I did not took time to remove the shadows from the wire and the hand.

you did a great job on her face. Maybe the colors of her eyes are a TAD bit too obvious, but i like eveerything you did and you did it well.

I'm sorry but to me the face looks fake ( not a real human) in the PS one. Looks like one of those 3D Animated cartoon faces.

I think that you may have gone just a bit too far with the face, but there is definitely some skill there. I like it.

Definentally some skill. Depending on what you wanted, I agree with the others she looks animated.

Wondering why she was taken out of context? The dark background of the concert venue might serve to keep her figure grounded in reality, and decrease the artificiality of the facial processing.

The skill you've exhibited shows you could easily clone out the distracting microphone and stand behind her.

Great PS skills, but I have to say it is a bit too much for my taste. IMO she no longer looks real.

But what do I know....

I think it is impressive. Does look animated to me. Kinda like you put Ali Larters plastic head on a 15 year old body Nice skills though.

The purpose was to get something extreme to practice and part of the practice was to extract the subject from the background. This is why I did not kept the original.

I realize that I have pushed the transformation a little bit to far and made some more adjustments. See result below (at 100%)

I have made following quick changes
-reduced eyebrow darkness
-lowered eyebrow
-reduced green color in the eye
-darkened a bit the white in the eyes
-reduced eyelashes darkness
-reduced skin blur to get some more skin texture.

Do you like it more like this?

My next challenge is to take someone from uglypeople.com and make it look like this - without importing all the face elements from other pictures...

The whites of the eyes are too white. People should generally not look as though they have milk oozing out of them.

I think as far as extreme photoshopping goes, it looks great. You definitly transformed her.

You probably already know this, but I feel the need to say it. The PSed pic, IMO, is overdone because she no longer looks like the 12 or so little girl, she looks like a 20 year old pop star. With people you have to be careful and do just enough PPing to make them a better them, not make them look like someone else.

I do get though that the purpose was to practice extreme photoshopping, and that you did very well!!
