Search youtube for 'photoshop skin'. There are a number of different ways, so watching a few videos, and then trying a few methods will help you get what you're after

adobe themselves have a lot of tutorials and help on their website at adobe.com

Seriously, Google "photoshop tutorial *whatever you want to learn*". If it can be done in Photoshop, somebody has a tutorial accessible through Google.
