Hello, I was wonder what is a good photo editing software that isnt expensive that is good that i can get until i get more money? I just need something that is simple yet good.

GIMP is by far the best value for money.

But if you want something very userfriendly Photoshop Elements is a good option.

If you want a good option that covers all the common tools you'd expect in a darkroom, covers most of your needs, makes a mean-arse RAW converter, and does non-destructive editing, then Lightroom is definitely what you want, and if you want more you can always open files in GIMP directly from Lightroom.
