I had a slow weekend shooting, however I did bang away 200 images yesterday of a vintage aircraft roll-out but they are not very interesting. Been slow with a cold so I layed low today. I decided to shift gears for a second and post a few images from my father and grandfather.
This is the R-100 at St. Hubert, Quebec in 1929. The little boy is my father and the girl is my aunt.

This is a photo my father took of Jayne Mansfield when she was in Toronto to promote one of her films in or around 1963.
More images of Jayne at http://www.airic.ca/html/jayne_mansfield.html
This photo is of a German WWII Komet Rocket aircraft at St. Jean, Quebec in the 50s. It is now restored at the USAF Museum in Dayton.

A classic 1950s airline travel shot taken at Toronto. The aircraft is a Lockheed Constellation.

I hope you like. I will see if I can get more of my father's and grandfather's scenery shots scanned over the winter and post them from time to time. You can see where I got my photo and aviation bug from.
Cheers,
Eric
