Picture Border????

Okay I have been look at the pictures in the Picture and they are AMAZING!!! I was wondering how you got the border around some of the pics? Does it come from a photo shop?? Thanks for the help

im sure it depends... some folks get different effects for developing the photos themselves. they alter the paper and negative carriers to add effects. and some do it in photoshop. there are other programs available that have thousands of photo edges and borders and all you have to do is drop your photo into them. like i said it all depends on which photo you are talking about.
