- Can others edit my Photos
- Photos OK to edit
Hey all. I just stumbled on this site after deciding to purchase my first DSLR to start taking some nicer photographs. Actually haven't even been able to play with it yet since I'm deployed at the moment. I was hoping to get some quick opinions on good photo editing software, mostly for finishing up pictures of the family and what not. I apologize if this has been discussed at length elsewhere in the forum....I don't get alot of time on the internet so posting a quick request is the easiest way for me to get the info.
I downloaded a free editing program (photoscape) to play with while I'm here, but I'm assuming there are advantages to spending a little money. Not looking to break the bank, so if there is a low cost option that works well, that would be awesome. I have seen Photoshop Elements and Paintshop Pro X3 on Amazon, but have no experience with either.
Thanks in advance for any assistance/opinions!
Oh, the camera was a Canon XS I picked up off Ebay. Wife says it is taking really nice pictures in Auto (her comfort zone), so I'm excited to try it out!
