Picture movement

Hello

I found this picture on the internet and I really like it.
I would like to do the same kind of picture but I don't know how to do to have a clear person and some moving people (not too blurry)

Does anyone know how to do ?

Easy.

Get a tripod

Get a person who sits still

Do a double exposure - either do it in camera if your camera supports it (mine does), or do two pictures and combine them with Photoshop or whatever.

First exposure is with the additional people, second shot without.

Isnt it just many pictures, maybe 7 or 8 put on top of eachother, using layer in photoshop. Setting the opacity at different levels in photoshop

It could also be one normal photo and a long exposure photo put together.

Absolutely.

Probably like 15 second shutter with a flash on my hand. I point and trigger the flash manually with my finger every time she moved to each spot.

put the camera on a tripod.. place subject.. go Bulb Mode... pop flash.. move subject.. pop flash..move subject... pop flash... etc....

(Edit.. OK.. so long exposure.. instead of bulb.. but same principal!)

In pitch black, you can do bulb. The flash becomes your shutter, essentially.
