Saw this one on the ash in our front yard on the way to work, so grabbed the camera and got this shot out the window of the car going down the laneway.

Believe it or not, this shot was taken out of a moving car, as they are very shy birds and we didn't want to stop the car and spook it. It was shot with a 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Canon lens.
