Derrel,i dont really see it. I didnt really change the exposure on post. The bright spot in the middle is a gridded speedlite. I am not sure what I could have done differently.

Posterization is there, but only if I tilt my screen back, derrel might have a better monitor? This can happen when converting to JPEG

(yes, it can. i'm not going into another lengthy debate over this...)
