You could get some plain Quaker Oats directly from their Cedar Rapids, Iowa facility. I bet it tastes of Cedar River water now. ;-)

i typically go with raspberry or strawberry but ive been know to use exotic ones that my dad in the refridgerator

Strawberry/Rhubarb, of course! LOL. It is made by a German company called Schwartau.
