Plants in a stream C&C

According to me mai subject could be the first plant on focus, togather with the water. Problem is they haven't enough air, in the meaning of space. Framing a little more background in the upper-right corner, yet out of focus, could have given more space, tridimensionality and air. My eyes wanted to see what's beyond.
