bribius try LightRoom 5. If you can't afford it there is a 30 day free trial so you can use it for a while but once you do your probably going to want to buy it. It is a very strong PP tool for photography. I think it's $140 or $175. There is a button on the edit menu that says level and it automatically levels your photo most of the time.

The problem is, once you level it, the corners are off. On two corners you lose some of the image and on the other two you have your image hanging outside of the crop line

another problem is the photographer isn't thinking ahead of if he wants a different level and crop.........and often isn't paying attention to image area or shoots tighter than a virgin.
