We have a policy of not deleting user profiles. If you wish you may delete your signature and your user listed information and set your listed email address to something utterly random. You can then just remove your bookmark/favourite link to the site and the site will no longer be able to send you update emails or any contact at all.

Note that you are also able to edit your posts at any time as well should you wish to remove information from them.
