Please Help I need some input

if u had a 24-105 and a 85mm 1.8 would you sell the 85 1.8 if you could buy a 5D Mark ii. Basically what happend was i had my 7D stolen and im in the process of buying a new camera...the few hundred dollars i get from the 85 would allow me to buy the 5D. Now i know glass is king and the 7D is wonderful but the IQ produced by the mark is simply amazing. btw i do mainly portrait work. What would u do?

I would not sell my 85...I'd find other means to raise the $ and buy the 5dMkII.

Keep the 85mm I'd say, it's a great lens. Primes, can't beat em!
