PNG vs JPEG

if im uploading photos to a smugmug account, would it be better to upload PNGs since they are loss less and i cant upload the tiff files or would JPEGs be sufficient?

jpg in my opinion is better, but it's your choice. PNG is better for transparents.

If you have transparent parts, you should obviously use PNG, otherwise it does not make much difference to me.
