Does this polarizer (link below) work with a SELP 1650 lens?

Yes. Sony's site states the filter diameter is 40.5mm so it should mount right up.

Might want to give some thought to that purchase though. I can't imagine the optical quality of an 8 dollar filter is going to be all that great.
