Poll: Which do you like better?

My friend and I are having a friendly contest with a picture I took. I edited it first then he said he could one-up me and did his own editing. Which do you guys (and gals) like best? Feedback is much appreciated

#2 - the B&W vs the strong green is too artificial.

 

I agree, #2's the winner. The first one is just a little blah for me, #2 is a lot more dramatic and realistic.

 

I gotta go with the second.

not that you need to hear any more, but I also like the #2... tell us, is that your's or your friend's?

 

number 2, but I would repair the blown-out nose (referring to the highlights here )

 

I second what alex said. I like the second one better and I would try to tone down the highlights a little

 

lol wow, thanks for the responses everyone. i guess it's unanimous that his edit won then? now that i can step back and view them both without bias I see that his had much more character than mine. thanks and feel free to add anything else!
