Hello. I'm curious as to what lens will be the "best" for portraits. I've just invested in a Nikon d300s and an 18-55mm VR f3.5/5.6 lens (yeah its just a standard little kit lens, but its just for starters). I'm also looking to invest in a 50mm f1.8 and a 70-300mm VR f4.5/5.6.
As for my subject matter, I do portraits, landscapes, macros, pretty much a little bit of everything. I'm starting to get into weddings, and would like to have lenses that will perform wonderfully in low light/indoors.
What other portrait style lenses would you recommend?
