the only purpose of these is to test my setting and lighting. So please critique on those.

Are you using constant lights or flash/strobe? Some of them have some blur, so I'm assuming it's constant lighting. Watch your shutter speed, it probably needs to be faster.

Your White Balance is off in the first two. It's very yellow/green.

I'd suggest you raise the height of your main light. It looks like it's right at their head height and it would look better if it was a bit higher. Especially on the taller girl. Try to get the catchlight from 9:00 to 10:00.

yes it is constant lighting. i have two 48 inch flourescent shoplights standing verticlly
