That expression makes her look a bit like a witch I'd say composition wise it's fine but that expression really isn't doing it for me.

OK composition and processing, but not a flattering pose at all. She doesn't look happy.

There's nothing special about this. Maybe you should compose for a more dynamic picture?

It is sharp and well converted but she is way over on one side.
If you are going to ignore the power areas in a photo, you need to have a reason.
This just looks wrong to me.
