It's a beautiful photo! There are some sharpening halos around the boy, especially around the neck and ears area, that could stand a bit of cleanup.

Nice photo. Very nice tonality. Very striking.
I'm surprised that this was taken at 70 mm. There seems to be a bit of perspective distortion as if the photo was taken at almost the subject's knee level looking up slightly.
I agree with the previous poster that it has either sharpening halos or masking issues around the head and hair.
