The lighting in a couple of them is kind of harsh, I was having a hard time with the flash. Any suggestions?

That was part of my flash issue haha it's just a shadow from the window sill.

in that case, having the flash above model level would have removed those shadows
i would use a small umbrella to soften the light a little bit

Bring an umbrella and watch your angles.

Only thing that really stood out to me was the pile of clothes at her feet in the doorway in the last shot.

not bad, indeed the lighting was not perfect and possibly a tad soft focus. #3 is pretty captivating
