I like #2 the best the other ones have a shadow that is kind of distracting. #2 is really good though.

I'm thinking the same as Ripnowell, #2 is it. Very nice ... a pity it so suffers from compression on here.
And hey, I moved your thread to People and Pets since Portraits and Weddings is in the Business District these days and therefore more for those who make a living photographing people.
