I think your exposure is a bit off and the pose is not particularly flattering to the subject.Do you see how blown out her bangs are?You kept the grass nicely exposed though!

she looks like she isnt very interested in being the focus of the picture. I agree with the overexposure. I'd try another angle if you could.
