Printing some photos

I was wondering if you guys had some tips or guides to go print photos that I took. I'm looking to print maybe 1-2 for my dorm room this fall

So I'm guessing you wouldn't suggest it to get printed at the nearest Costco? I never thought of printing through an online company.

also, i was curious about how many photos you guys have actually printed and hung up.

Costco has a decent reputation.

I have a 30 year head start on you. My personal collection probably runs to 1000 or so framed prints. Maybe more. All but 20 or so of them are in storage.

That doesn't count client ordered prints for hanging.

Does Costco print larger sizes as well? How do you think I should decide what size to print?

Size depends on the photo, and how much wall space you have.

Ask Costco what sizes they print, or visit their web site. I've never used, or even considered, using Costco myself.

My best often get printed in a variety of sizes. While I might want a 40x60, my sister may only want a 10x15 of the same image.
