Same camera, lens and settings thats me so I also wasn't taking the picture.

The focus seems to be soft and I agree with your comment about the saturation.

Which mode did you set the camera to for the person who took it?

It's hard to tell but it looks like (in the 3rd picture) the focus is right on that cluster of leaves in the tree. There might have been an AF point there and that's what it picked to focus on. Try putting it on center focus and see if they still look soft when you actually focus on what you want to focus on

The flowers look out of focus, and doesn't seem to have enough DOF. The bottom part got cut off.

Pic 2 looks to have soft focus as well, and is a bit under exposed.

it was on aperture value, when we changed locations i would change the settings

the focus was on the center dot but the person shooting didnt know that i dont think
