Comments per req:

They're a good start, but a few thoughts on ways to improve. First, there's a reason that the veritcial orientation of the camera is referred to as "portrait". If you look at both of these, there's a lot of wasted space on either side of the model which doesn't add to the image. Shooting vertical would have allowed you to get closer and get more subject in the shot.

Also note that you've lost some detail in the model's white shirt. Exposing for her shirt (to preserve detail) and then adding a bit of diffused fill light (even your pop-up flash with a diffuser) would have helped a lot with this.

I'm not a fan of the angle in #1, but that's a personal preference.

She's a very pretty model, but I find myself looking more at the fascinating architectural details and wondering about the age of those amazing carvings. I think portrait orientation might help keep more of my attention on the model in this distracting environment.
