"Public" testing of Red Cameras with Nikon Z-mount

CVP has announced that they have Nikon Z-mount version Red cameras for testing in their showrooms and up-coming trade shows. These are still "pre-production" particularly in the sense that the firmware is still a bit buggy, but they are demonstrating use of a number of Sony lenses on these bodies. It is noted that there are currently 3 (yes three) adapters from Z-mount to E-mount with theoretically full electrical "pass-through", though it is emphasized that Nikon specifically recommends one of them (Megadapt?). Hopefully the others will be upgraded in the near future to work as well. Depending on your current situation, I would suggest not buying quite yet. But setting aside the money sounds good.
