This was shot on the Delaware Bay in RAW format with a variable ND filter. PP was done with Photoshop Elements 8 and Nik Viveza. I got turned on to Nik PP tools when I downloaded their Snapseed app for my Ipad. Comments/critique welcome. Thanks for looking.
